It works with Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or any other MCP-compatible AI tool.

Questions to start with

Start with what you'd usually ask your team.

Get the answer in one conversation, without a game of telephone, then keep asking until you reach a decision. Your AI draws on delivery data, team structure, and the context behind the numbers.

Find where work is stuck

“Which open pull requests have waited longest for a first review, and which teams own them?”

Check on a team

“Which team's PR cycle time changed most over the last 90 days, and why?”

Understand a change

“Review time rose for one of our teams last month. Is there context that explains it?”

Track AI in the workflow

“What share of commits this year were co-authored by an AI agent, and is it growing?”

What an answer looks like

Your AI gives you the reason behind the number.

It checks delivery data, who’s on each team, and dated context notes before it answers.

The context notes in this demo are examples Code Climate wrote. In your organization, your leaders add their own.

The payments migration is done. Where should those engineers go in Q4? Staff meeting is at 9 a.m. tomorrow.

Used Code ClimateDelivery dataTeamsContext note

The payments migration isn’t done: it’s 94% complete, and Jordan is still working on the legacy service shutdown, due November 15. Dana, the Payments manager, closed the cutover epic in August and set that date. Mobile v3 is the only initiative behind its Q4 date, and Priya, whose Payments work ended at cutover, has shipped to Mobile before. You can move Priya now and Jordan after November 15, or move them together once the shutdown is done.
