\subsection{Header}

The \begin{verbatim}header\end{verbatim} tag creates a new html heading.

It accepts two arguments:
\begin{enumerate}
\item the header depth
\item the header body
\end{enumerate}

If the header depth is not a valid integer, it will default to 1.

Thus, this:

\begin{verbatim}
\header{1}{this is a header}
\end{verbatim}

becomes:
\begin{verbatim}
<h1>this is a header</h1>
\end{verbatim}
