If you feel there are extenuating circumstances regarding your room charges and you would like to discuss an appeal you must submit a written request to your Coordinator, {COORDINATOR_NAME}, at {COORDINATOR_EMAIL}, by January 15, 2020. **Appeals received after January 15, 2020 will not be considered**.
If you completed an express check-out, you may not appeal any damage charges.
