The [Fibonacci sequence](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fibonacci_sequence) is a series of numbers in which **each number is the sum of the two preceding ones**, starting with `0` and `1`. To generate the Fibonacci sequence using code, you can use either a **recursive** or an **iterative** approach.
