Abstract functionality for caching.

### Traits
- [`GetCachedCapableTrait`][GetCachedCapableTrait] - Retrieves a cached value by key from self. Supports default value or
value generation. Very useful for memoization. Allows specifying a TTL, if the underlying storage medium supports that.
