When upgrading from the newest CAT 2.0 database structure:

- run 2_0-2_1.sql to convert the schema
- run 2_0-2_1-script.php to clean data structures

When deploying CAT 2.1 from scratch:

- use schema.sql to create a new schema

When updating to CAT 2.1.1 you need to change column names ftom `row` to `row_id`.
Probably the easiest way to do that is to edit the database dump in vi replacing tith the command:
1,$s/`row`/`row_id`/g
Run 2_1-2_1_1.sql to add one option to profile_option_dict
