StaticCamera section

:class:`~il2fb.parsers.mission.sections.static_camera.StaticCameraSectionParser`
is responsible for parsing ``StaticCamera`` section. Each line of this section
describes a single camera.

**Description**:
The output of the parser is a :class:`dict` with a ``cameras`` item. It
contains a list of dictionaries where each dictionary represents a single
camera.

Y coordinate.
