<p>Evans naît <time>1929</time>, en <span class="place">Grande Bretagne</span>. </p>
<p>Directeur de la <em>Mary Evans Picture Library</em>, Evans est membre de la <a
    href="/org/uk/asso/BUFORA.html">BUFORA</a> et l'un des fondateurs de l'<abbr
    title="Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena">ASSAP</abbr>. Auteur de nombreux ouvrages et
  articles, Evans coordonne avec <span class="people">Thierry Pinvidic</span> plusieurs réunions <a
      href="/science/crypto/ufo">ufologiques</a> franco-anglaises. Il dirige les projets <abbr
      title="Balls of Light International Data Exchange">BOLIDE</abbr> et <abbr
      title="Street Light Interference Data Exchange">SLIDE</abbr>. </p>
