So writing a new build system again, but hopefully this time it will be much
lighter, faster, and leaner than before.

The mpa-jsr353 needs cleaning to meet up with new standards and such, also
needs to be much lighter too.

It now compiles but there is a bunch of ugly old code and unimplemented things
in it.
