I could always just use a WINE install on another system since that must have
a working matching CMD interpreter for compatibility reasons.

Windows CMD scripts are horrendous compared to UNIX shell scripts.

Not sure if the FauxClassLoader family will be worth it, it will just add
another level of indirection the loading of classes and such.
