It would seem that repeatable annotations either do not appear, appear alone
with their actual annotation type, or appear in a container. Since the
annotations I placed alone do not appear in the groups.

Need to make unit references stick more since they are used much, along with
add an equals for comparison if I never added it yet.

Implemented orders and the ability to move for units, and curently their
moving is quite cheap so it looks a bit funny.
