The SimpleCompiler stuff can be changed so that it takes a FormClass rather
than a ByteBuffer, because that is a bit ugly. In most cases at kernel run-
time the class will be in its FormClass form in memory rather than a raw byte
buffer of something which has to be re-read every time.
