I think it would be best if `Library` had the libraries it depended on
that way compilation through libraries could be done recursively and in a way
where if multiple libraries are attempted to be compiled they are correctly
handled in a single state which allows for static optimization.

One of the big main things though is the staticness vs the dynamicness of
Java. Perhaps my first goal should be to write an actual interpreter for the
byte code, a kind of mini-virtual machine for testing purposes. Basically
make that work before I even start work on the JIT. That way I can get a
sort of pseudo environment as such.
