Also, one thing I need.... interrupting I need to make sure notifycount is
never greater than waitcount! But back to the thought before, I need a way to
keep a `SpringThreadWorker` which is a thread associated with a thread so I
can interrupt and such.

I think what I need to do is to implement `HashMap` re-balance because
honestly `HashMap` seems to be struggling a bunch there.
