Making a decision, `AccessPoint` allows access to stuff like 3GPP, CDMA,
WiFi, Wireless, Dial-up, and other such things. This would be really
complicated.

I think I want to limit the number of system calls that exist and put it
solely in just services. Because otherwise I might be making a number of
complicated APIs. Also means I want to simplify the API set as well and have
it a much more lower and limited stance.
