I am going to update invoke methods to get rid of the need to have a store on
next pool register since that could be error prone. There will be two new
invokes that use the pool reference and another that just uses the handle.

So the next current thing in this very tiny branch, with what should be tiny,
is figuring out how to munge together all the ROMs into a single piece
effectively but also not duplicate everything if that makes any sense.
