Today is my birthday! It seems I cannot much from dependency issues, so
_debug-jdwp_ is being pulled in properly but is not being depended on for
building as a JAR since that is missing.

And I fixed it by adding the dependencies for the emulator JARs and otherwise
so that should not be an issue in the future hopefully.

Okay so for debugging and debug notes, I am going to have the `DEBUG_ENTRY`
point exactly to the class it is within rather than the name. This way the
name and otherwise can be looked up via a handle.
