So first thing I am going to do with the RatufaCoat refactor is going to be
support for loading ZIPs and SQCs. I think this is the most important first
step since there is nothing really else to do that would be functional
before these even exists. Of course slowly as well moving the RetroArch
stuff that I can over to CMake, since there will be lots to do here regarding
that. Of course there are some systems which are lacking support for that so
I will need to add that to RetroArch.
