This changelog entry is summarized. There where a lot of commits this release so we'll go over the highlights. Please review the commit log for a full list of changes.

### Added

- Full support for Svelte v3 🎉
- Support for the Svelte component `.svelte` file extension, replacing `.html`, in relevant packages.
- New `minna-tools` package containing all general dev tooling configs (e.g. linting, prettier). These were remove from the `minna-ui` package to make it easy to use them in non-Svelte projects (Preact, node servers, etc.).
- Extra functionality in the `minna-ui` package to make it quick and easy to use components and tools without needing to search for the correct package name to import from.
- All components now also support usage as [web components](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Web_Components). This is now the recommended way to use them when you don't want to deal with a build process. It's now also the default when you use the components from a <abbr title="content delivery network">CDN</abbr>. There's still some styling issues which we'll hammer out in an upcoming release.
- `@minna-ui/eslint-config` - TypeScript support, new rules.
- New packages to replace `@minna-ui/rollup-plugins`:
  - `@minna-ui/rollup-plugin-dev-server`

### Removed

- Support for Svelte v2.
- `@minna-ui/eslint-config` - Jest preset has been merged into the main config and `jest.js` no longer available. You should delete any `.eslintrc` files for loading the old preset.
- `@minna-ui/postcss-config` - Preset no longer includes the `postcss-extends` plugin. If you want `@extends` functionality we recommend installing the plugin separately and using the `@use` rule.
- `@minna-ui/rollup-plugins` - This package has been removed in favour of separate packages for each plugin.
- `@minna-ui/build-css` + `@minna-ui/build-component` - No longer remove directories as part of the build process. This should be handled separately via a `pacakge.json#scripts` task.

### Changed

- Convert all packages to TypeScript. Generate type declarations. File paths changed; most utils files are now in a `@minna-ui/<package_name>/lib/*` directory.
- `@minna-ui/css` - General improvements.
- `@minna-ui/postcss-config` - Complete refactor to be faster, more simple, and reliable. Now only safe transforms are performed by default.
- `@minna-ui/prettier-config` - Simplify how the package now that prettier has built-in support for shared configs.
- `@minna-ui/jest-config` - Behind the scenes we now use [Sucrase](https://github.com/alangpierce/sucrase) to transpile your JavaScript and TypeScript into code compatible with Node and Jest. Significantly faster tests. Also added support for Preact.
- `@minna-ui/tslint-config` - Package deprecated and no longer installed as a dependency of `minna-ui`. You'll need to manually add it to your `"devDependencies"` if you want to continue using TSLint. We recommend switching to a pure `eslint` + `@minna-ui/eslint-config` setup.
- Rename component `@minna-ui/remarklint-config` to `@minna-ui/remark-config`.
- Refactor internal tooling for stability and reliability.
- Updated package dependencies.

- Reduce `$text-size-large` CSS variable to be equivalent to `20px` instead of `21px`. In narrow text it's actually easier to read. If you want larger text for accessibility reasons you'll need to set `$text-size-large: 1.3125em; /* 21px */` in your CSS variables.

### Changed

- Complete refactor of building CSS and our PostCSS preset. This is not something we took lightly as it significantly changes how we work with styles in the framework.
  - _Build time_ CSS variables are now "SCSS-like"; they use the `$var_name` style. You no longer need to use `:root{}` to declare variables and should instead set them at a global level or local inside a selector block.
  - You are still able to use `var()` but now it will not be removed, resulting in a clear distinction between build-time variables and run-time variables.
  - Now, under the covers, variables and at rules are combined into the same PostCSS plugin resulting in greater efficiency and easier handling of variables between rules. This also fixes long standing bugs with using CSS variables in @ rules.
  - CSS mixins work differently now.
- `@media` properties are now just simple CSS variables instead of custom media:
  - `--not-small` renamed to `$ns`
  - `--medium` renamed to `$m`
  - `--large` renamed to `$l`
- Renamed CSS variables... too many to list, please see the source code.
- Refactor `@minna-ui/svelte-preprocess-markup` with new options. Now takes a `level` option from `0` to `4`.
- Tweak default `@minna-ui/navbar` sizes.
- Change how flipping elements in implemented in CSS for better performance.
- Add/remove valid @ rules from `@minna-ui/stylelint-config`.

### Fixed

- Temporarily remove "disabled" prop from select to fix <abbr title="server side rendering">SSR</abbr>.
