Xoopspoll supports the SmartClone feature to be able to install multiple copies
of the Xoopspoll module. To enable this support within SmartClone you must
install the ./xoopspoll/extras/smartclone/plugins/xoopspoll.php file into the
./smartclone/plugins/ folder.
