    - cleanup leading characters ('-', '+') before converting to rspec
    - you can include an example in a spec. It won't be converted
         <text>
          √ is white by default
          ex: puts Foobar.new.colour  # => 'white'
          ex :
            this is a comment too
        * can be resized
          example:
            foobar.resize!(+10, -2)
     </text>

     will generate the same rspec code as :

         <text>
          √ is white by default
        * can be resized
     </text>
