<li style="position: absolute; top: 35pc; left: 5pc;">Registered members are not allowed to manipulate market through misinformation or other technique such as bot or sybills. This is considered a security market manipulate threat. In that case company have a right to take action legally L3.</li>
<li style="position: absolute; top: 48pc; left: 5pc;">Registered members are not allowed to download peer content. Peer content download voliate data privacy which is probihited and considered serious crime. Company will take action against such crime legally. CL.1.</li>

Either company will charged him or her along with temporary ban on login. Temporary Ban will be removed after analysis of member behaviour with in timeframe.
If the serious offense then the user will charged along with permanent ban on application. Or company treat as harnessment cybercrime.

<h5> Share Information with Members or peers Section L2.A </h5>
<p>
Many peers will exchange personal information with peers such as keys, password and one time key generation.
Company will be notified (victim) about the sharing of data. Victim will pay 15% with in timeframe. While user (who used information) will pay 10% with in timeframe.

Desiging Malicious worm or virus is probihited. Using someone computer without permission to authorized person will be crime. It had been offense that someone will manipulate instructions to gain control over system without permission and rights.
This is cyber offense which means company will fight through legal channel.

Manipulate Market through Advanced Information or technology. Section L3
</h5>
<p>
In Information Age market or information manipulation are common offense. These offense will directly or indirectly on customer experience, active other driven forces, which transform market into colosseum. Its is probihited in our platform.
Sysbills Attack, Deep Fake , celebrities viewport, politicial attack are often considered. Company will follow legal channel to control such attacks. Manipulator will pay 100% after company taken action. Company will restrict social activities on a platform.
L1, L2, L3 are under considersation after company taken action legally.

Misused Peer Content Section CL.1

It's probihited on our platform that any member will be able to download other member data. Media files are common source of offense hereby.
Every member data store as digital assets in chain. Company will take legal action against misused peer content. Section L1.A under considersation.

Licensor will niether comply with any license and company terms and conditions nor altered terms of service. All stackholders will be acknowledged about Mozilla Firefox license vacabulary or available at http://mozilla.org/MPL/2.0/.
<h5> 1. Covered Software Obligation </h5>

<span style="margin-left: 161px;"></span> All the License , subsequent licence [License-1.5, License-1.12] are published under Mozilla Public License.
Licensor (A person or an organization who'll own Covered Software will mention in [Licence-1.4] for substain period) have obligation to follow agreement terms under this license.
Licensor should have obligation to follow the secondary license term which is mention in [License-1.5a, Licence-1.12], thereafter, licensor will acquire subsequent licence for substainable period.
Licensor have pay substantial amount for license, subsequent licence, intellectual property rights and Royalty. [Licence-1.9, Licence-1.14, License-2.2] Taxes and other mometary activities are excluded from substantial amount.

<h5> 2. Licensor Contribution </h5>

Licensor will distribute covered software under this license agreement [License-3.1, License-3.2, License-2.3c, License-2.6].
Covered software which have more than one subsequent licence , in that particular case secondary licence is not applicable [License-3.3], which means you [ definition of you under License-1.14] will redistribute covered software under secondary licence option.
However, licensor will distribute covered software along with his work under the terms of this license or with secondary licence [License-3.3].
Licensor will be liable for any altered terms and rights [License-3.4].

3. Covered Software Royalty </h5>

<span style="margin-left: 161px;"></span> All the licensor will pay royalty-free for non-exclusive license.
Licensor will modify, distribute under distribute & modification terms [License-1.10, License-3.0].
Licensor will not permit to alter granted rights i.e trademark, logos and intellectual property rights in any way [Licence-2.3(a,b), License-4, License-5(b)].

<h5> 4. Covered Software Warranty and Redistribution terms </h5>

<span style="margin-left: 161px;"></span> Licensor have a obligation that he will share information about the subsequent license, executable form, Covered Software [License-3.2(a)]. Licensor have charged on redistribution , however, the amount will not exceed by substantial amount which he had paid for a subsequent licence [License-3.2(a)].
Licensor will obligate to follow distribution for larger work terms [License-3.3].
Licensor will pay for amount for cost fixed in Covered Software [License-7, License-8]. Author will be responsible for maintaining Covered Software [under control terms] not any contributors or Licence holders. [License-6]
