"long": "અનસૂયા સારાભાઈનો જન્મ 1885માં અમદાવાદમાં થયો હતો. \n\nઅનસૂયા સારાભાઈ ગુજરાતમાં મજૂરઆંદોલનની શરૂઆત કરનારાં પ્રથમ મહિલા ગણાય છે. \n\nમાત્ર 13 વર્ષની વયે તેમનું લગ્ન કરી દેવાયું હતું. પણ તે સફળ નહોતું નીવડ્યું. \n\nઅનસૂયાના ભાઈએ તેમને ભણવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યાં અને લંડન મોકલ્યાં.\n\nગુજરાત પરત ફર્યાં બાદ એક દિવસ તેમણે રસ્તે જતા મજૂરોના એક સમૂહનો જોયો. તેમને પૂછ્યા બાદ જાણવા મળ્યું કે 36 કલાક કામ કર્યા બાદ તેઓ ઘરે પરત ફરી રહ્યો હતો. \n\nતેમણે કાપડ મિલમાં કામ કરનારા મજૂરો માટે અવાજ ઉઠાવ્યો હતો.",

"long": "અન્ના ચાંડીનો જન્મ 1905માં ત્રાવણકોરમાં થયો હતો. ત્રાવણકોરને બાદમાં કેરળ રાજ્યમાં ભેળવી દેવાયું હતું. \n\nઅન્ના ચાંડી કેરળ રાજ્યમાં કાયદાની ડિગ્રી હાંસલ કરનારાં પહેલાં મલયાલી મહિલા ગણાય છે. \n\nવર્ષ 1959માં તેઓ કેરળ હાઈકોર્ટના પ્રથમ મહિલા જજ બન્યાં હતાં.\n\nનારીવાદિ વિચારધારા ધરાવતાં અન્ના ચાંડીએ મહિલાઓના અધિકારો માટે અવાજ ઉઠાવ્યો અને પારંપરિક રીતે મહિલાઓને જે જવાબદારીઓ સોંપવામાં આવી હતી એમાં બદલાવ કર્યો. \n\nકેરળમાં પરણિત મહિલાઓને સરકારી નોકરી આપવાનો વિરોધ થઈ રહ્યો હતો. \n\nત્યારે અન્ના ચાંડીએ મહિલાના પક્ષમાં ભાષણ આપ્યું હતું. \n\n\nતેઓ પોતાના સામયિક 'શ્રીમતી' દ્વારા રાજ્યમાં મહિલા અનામતની માગ ઉઠાવતાં રહ્યાં. \n\nજેને પગલે કેરળમાં સરકારી નોકરીઓમાં મહિલાઓ માટે માર્ગ મોકળો થયો.",
