Overview
========

  * provisioning now supports other hosts than vagrant, so Dawn can now be deployed to any server with a root user.
  * provisioning now no longer requires ansible
  * all of the components are now containerized and running on docker
  * subdomain namespacing was removed
  * git-shell was replaced with gitreceived
  * building was moved over into the git server

  * added a Release API
  * added /healthcheck
