- Tunable files in etc/:
version Program version (yyyymmddss)
proxyport Bind port for proxy connections (default 80)
nexthop Next hop in chain (host:port), or dash (-) to disable the proxy
managerport Bind port for manager connections (default 443)
certificate Certificate file for authentication in PEM format (required)
signature Signature file for authentication in ASCII format (required)
