# if-me.org

[if-me.org](https://www.if-me.org/) 是一个鼓励人们与信任的盟友们分享一些私密故事的心理健康社区。
我们在日常生活中接触交往的人都可以成为我们信任的盟友，包括朋友，家人，同事，老师以及一些心理健康从业者。

与心理健康问题打交道是作为人类不可逃避的一个问题。但是对我们很多人来说，表露出自己的问题是非常困难的，因为并不是每个人都是顾问或者心理咨询师。
我们每天交往的人都在影响塑造着我们的情绪和行为。
让他们也参与到心理健康治疗中是恢复健康的关键。
