[if-me.org](https://www.if-me.org/) मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के अनुभवों के लिए एक समुदाय है
जो लोगों को अपनी निजी कहानियों को विश्वसनीय सहयोगियों के साथ साझा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है।
विश्वसनीय सहयोगी वे लोग हैं जिनके साथ हम दैनिक आधार पर बातचीत करते हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं
मित्र, परिवार के सदस्य, सहकर्मी, शिक्षक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता।

इसके बारे मे दुसरो से बात करना एक संघर्ष है।   हर कोई काउंसलर या थेरेपिस्ट नहीं होता है।
जिन लोगों के साथ हम प्रतिदिन बातचीत करते हैं वे हमारी भावनाओं और व्यवहार को आकार देते हैं।
उन्हें मानसिक स्वास्थ्य उपचार में शामिल करना ठीक होने की कुंजी है।
