# if-me.org

[if-me.org](https://www.if-me.org/), insanları kişisel hikayelerini güvenilir müttefiklerle paylaşmaya teşvik eden bir ruh/zihin sağlığı deneyimleri topluluğudur. Güvenilir müttefikler, arkadaşlar, aile bireyleri, çalışma arkadaşları, öğretmenler ve zihin sağlığı çalışanları olmak üzere her gün etkileşimde bulunduğumuz kişilerdir.

Zihin/Akıl sağlığı ile uğraşmak bizi insan yapan şeydir. Fakat bir çoğumuz için bu konuda açık olmak zorludur. Herkes danışman ya da terapist değildir. Her gün etkileşimde olduğumuz insanlar duygu ve davranışlarızı şekillendirir. Onları ruh sağlığı tedavisine dahil etmek, iyileşmenin anahtarıdır.
