Installation

Usage
---

## `ItakoTextReaderSpeechSynthesis(type, options)` -> `reader`

specify instance as first argument of the [Itako constructor](https://github.com/itakojs/itako#usage) as the value of the array.

var reader = new ItakoTextReaderSpeechSynthesis('text', {
