In this directory you will find architectural decisions and reasoning.
This is not technical documentation, but instead an attempt to capture decisions.
If you want to know:
* **How** something is done? Read the code and tests.
* **Why** something is the way it is? Read the supporting documentation.
This directory is to be one of those sources of supporting documentation.
