<span class="q">Q 16.</span> How did God create angels?
<span class="q">A.</span> God created all the angels[^fnref:wlc1] spirits,[^fnref:wlc2] immortal,[^fnref:wlc3] holy,[^fnref:wlc4] excelling in knowledge,[^fnref:wlc5] mighty in power,[^fnref:wlc6] to execute his commandments, and to praise his name,[^fnref:wlc7] yet subject to change.[^fnref:wlc8]
