you establish their rule on the earth?</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18038034.01-4\">“Can you lift up your voice to the clouds,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>that a flood of waters may cover you?<br />\n Can you send forth lightnings, that they may go<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and say to you, ‘Here we are’?<br />\n Who has put wisdom in the inward parts<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>or given understanding to the mind?<br />\n Who can number the clouds by wisdom?<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>Or who can tilt the waterskins of the heavens,<br />\n provides for the raven its prey,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>when its young ones cry to God for help,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and wander about for lack of food?</p>\n <p observe the calving of the does?<br />\n Can you number the months that they fulfill,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and do you know the time when they give birth,<br />\n when they crouch, bring forth their offspring,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and are delivered of their young?<br />\n Their young ones become strong; they grow up in the open;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>they go out and do not return to them.</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039005.01-4\">“Who has let the wild donkey go free?<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>Who has loosed the bonds of the swift donkey,<br />\n to whom I have given the arid plain for his home<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and the salt land for his dwelling place?<br />\n He scorns the tumult of the city;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he hears not the shouts of the driver.<br />\n He ranges the mountains as his pasture,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and he searches after every green thing.</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039009.01-4\">“Is the wild ox willing to serve you?<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>Will he spend the night at your manger?<br />\n Can you bind him in the furrow with ropes,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>or will he harrow the valleys after you?<br />\n Will you depend on him because his strength is great,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and will you leave to him your labor?<br />\n Do you have faith in him that he will return your grain<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and gather it to your threshing floor?</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039013.01-4\">“The wings of the ostrich wave proudly,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>but are they the pinions and plumage of love?<br />\n For she leaves her eggs to the earth<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and lets them be warmed on the ground,<br />\n forgetting that a foot may crush them<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and that the wild beast may trample them.<br />\n She deals cruelly with her young, as if they were not hers;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>though her labor be in vain, yet she has no fear,<br />\n because God has made her forget wisdom<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and given her no share in understanding.<br />\n When she rouses herself to flee,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>she laughs at the horse and his rider.</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039019.01-4\">“Do you give the horse his might?<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>Do you clothe his neck with a mane?<br />\n Do you make him leap like the locust?<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>His majestic snorting is terrifying.<br />\n He paws in the valley and exults in his strength;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he goes out to meet the weapons.<br />\n He laughs at fear and is not dismayed;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he does not turn back from the sword.<br />\n Upon him rattle the quiver,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>the flashing spear, and the javelin.<br />\n With fierceness and rage he swallows the ground;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he cannot class=\"block-indent\">\n<p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18040004.01-4\">“Behold, I am of small account; what shall I answer you?<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>I lay my hand on my mouth.<br />\n in the right?<br />\n Have you an arm like God,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and can you thunder with a voice like his?</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18040010.01-4\">“Adorn yourself with majesty and dignity;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>clothe yourself with glory and splendor.<br />\n Pour out the overflowings of your anger,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and look on everyone who is proud and abase him.<br />\n Look on everyone who is proud and bring him low<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and tread down the wicked where they stand.<br />\n Hide them all in the dust together;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>bind their faces in the world below.<br />\n Then will I also acknowledge to you<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>that your own right hand can save you.</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18040015.01-4\">“Behold, Behemoth,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>which I made as I made you;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he eats grass like an ox.<br />\n Behold, his strength in his loins,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and his power in the muscles of his belly.<br />\n He makes his tail stiff like a cedar;<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>the sinews of his thighs are knit together.<br />\n His bones are tubes of bronze,<br />\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>his limbs like bars of iron.</p>\n <p font-family:Georgia, Serif; margin:0; padding:0\">\u201cIs the wild ox willing to serve you?\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>Will he spend the night at your manger?\n Can you bind him in the furrow with ropes,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>or will he harrow the valleys after you?\n Will you depend on him because his strength is great,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and will you leave to him your labor?\n Do you have faith in him that he will return your grain\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and gather it to your threshing floor?</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039013.01-4\" style=\"display:inline; font-family:Georgia, Serif; margin:0; padding:0\">\u201cThe wings of the ostrich wave proudly,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>but are they the pinions and plumage of love?\n For she leaves her eggs to the earth\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and lets them be warmed on the ground,\n forgetting that a foot may crush them\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and that the wild beast may trample them.\n She deals cruelly with her young, as if they were not hers;\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>though her labor be in vain, yet she has no fear,\n because God has made her forget wisdom\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and given her no share in understanding.\n When she rouses herself to flee,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>she laughs at the horse and his rider.</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039019.01-4\" style=\"display:inline; font-family:Georgia, Serif; margin:0; padding:0\">\u201cDo you give the horse his might?\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>Do you clothe his neck with a mane?\n Do you make him leap like the locust?\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>His majestic snorting is terrifying.\n He paws in the valley and exults in his strength;\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he goes out to meet the weapons.\n He laughs at fear and is not dismayed;\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he does not turn back from the sword.\n Upon him rattle the quiver,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>the flashing spear, and the javelin.\n With fierceness and rage he swallows the ground;\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>he cannot stand still at the sound of the trumpet.\n When the trumpet sounds, he says \u2018Aha!\u2019\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>He smells the battle from afar,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>the thunder of the captains, and the shouting.</p>\n <p class=\"line-group\" id=\"p18039026.01-4\" style=\"display:inline; font-family:Georgia, Serif; margin:0; padding:0\">\u201cIs it by your understanding that the hawk soars\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and spreads his wings toward the south?\n Is it at your command that the eagle mounts up\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and makes his nest on high?\n On the rock he dwells and makes his home,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>on the rocky crag and stronghold.\n From there he spies out the prey;\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>his eyes behold it from far away.\n His young ones suck up blood,\n<span class=\"indent\"></span>and where the slain are, there is he.\u201d</p>\n</div>\n <p id=\"p18040001.01-4\" style=\"display:inline;
