The HTMLPurifier Library is an external (third party) library included in the
QCubed framework and is licensed under the LGPL license. Usage of HTMLPurifier
with QCubed is thus limited by LGPL license. Please read the
includes/external_libraries/htmlpurifier/LICENSE file for more on licensing of
HTMLPurifier library.
