**ruche** is a package manager for Windows. It's designed to help developers to
implement a clean and portable development environment.
This guide is divided in two parts: The *User Documentation* in which you will
find information and tutorials about the installation and the usage of
**ruche**, and the *Developer Documentation* which contains an API reference
and some technical information.
