<p>This is inspired by a RAKE task publicly posted by Sharad at  <a
href="http://www.tatvartha.com/2010/01/generating-time-entry-from-git-log/.">www.tatvartha.com/2010/01/generating-time-entry-from-git-log/.</a>
However, it has been adapted to run without Rails from the command line.</p>
