Transform phrase to phonetic alphabet, this is phoneticize.

## Installation

In hubot project repo, run:

`npm install hubot-phonetic-alphabet --save`

Then add **hubot-phonetic-alphabet** to your `external-scripts.json`:

```json
["hubot-phonetic-alphabet"]
```
