Usage
----------------------------------------------------------------

1) Add this plugin to lib/settings.yml.
   See compress.rb for instructions.

2) Use the following HTML code to place the buttons on your site:

    <button type="submit" class="button positive">
      <img src="css/blueprint/plugins/buttons/icons/tick.png" alt=""/> Save
    </button>

    <a class="button" href="/password/reset/">
      <img src="css/blueprint/plugins/buttons/icons/key.png" alt=""/> Change Password
