## API
function isFileNameSensitive(aPath[, aOptions])
* arguments
* `aPath` *(String)*: the path to check.
* `aOptions` *(Object)*:
* `cache` *(Boolean)*: whether cache the result of the `aPath`. defaults to true.
* return *(Boolean)*: whether the file name is sensitive or not in `aPath`.
