tasks:
 ☐ decouple from tools (configure test_tool with formatter type, parameters
   and so on from configs instead of NUnit class)
 ☐ add nunit tests categories (not types like unit, service, ...
   but MetaTestsAttribute, CoreTestsAttribute...)
 ☐ add service tests running:
    ☐ eval 'service_tests_script' to update service configuration
    ☐ run 'exe' in child process
    ☐ run 'service' type project tests
