<p>Once you setup the reports, you can run them to generate the csv files as often as desired.</p>
<h2>Setup Reports</h2>
<h3>Reports</h3>
<p>Save each of these to your computer. You may need to right-click on them. You'll need the .rpt files for the setup steps.</p>
<ul>
<li><a href="SIMS_ALL_STUDENTS_IN_DISTRICT.rpt">All Students in District (currently all users) Export</a></li>
<li><a href="SIMS_ENROLLMENTS.rpt">Enrollments</a></li>
<li><a href="SIMS_SCHOOLS.rpt">Schools</a></li>
<li><a href="SIMS_STUDENTS.rpt">Students</a></li>
<li><a href="SIMS_USERS.rpt">Users</a> (With usernames and emails)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions</h3>
<ol>
<li>Login to powerschool admin site.</li>

<li>Follow the Reports link.</li>

<li>Click on the Engine tab.</li>

<li>Folow the Load One Local Report link.</li>
<li>Press Choose File and select one of the rpt files you saved to your computer.</li>
<li>Press Import.</li>

<li>Press Back.</li>

<li>Repeat steps 4,5,6 with each .rpt file.</li>

<h2>Generate Reports</h2>
<ol>
<li>Login to powerschool admin site.</li>

<li>Follow the Reports link.</li>

<li>Click on the Engine tab.</li>

<li>Click on a report.</li>

<li>Press Submit (you may have to scroll down.)</li>

<li>Press Submit in the window or tab that has popped up</li>
<li>You may close the new window or tab.</li>
<li>Repeat steps 4,5,6 for each report</li>
<li><a href="../district_admin.html#upload">You can now upload the csv files to SIMS (I recommend zipping them together first.)</a></li>
