cd sims
bundle
cp config/database.yml.mysql config/database.yml
bundle exec rake db:setup


bundle exec rails runner CreateTrainingDistrict.generate_one

If you see warnings about gtk, you can ignore these.


To run tests:
run bundle exec rake


If you get an error about a missing test database you can create it:
bundle exec rake db:test:prepare
