For patches and other code submissions open a pull request on Github. Please 
include test cases to support any code you have submitted.  If your code modifies
the usage of Cadenza, either by templates or by ruby developers then please
submit a documentation update to the [Cadenza Manual Repository](http://github.com/whoward/cadenza-manual).
