    Generator to create all the files required for a benchmark

Example:
    bin/rails generate comparison_report benchmark_key

    This will create:
        scenic view for benchmark_key
        model: app/models/comparison/#{benchmark_key}.rb
        view: app/views/comparisons/#{benchmark_key}/_tables.html.erb
        controller: comparisons/#{benchmark_key}_controller.rb
        spec: spec/system/comparisons/#{benchmark_key}_spec.rb
        route for benchmark_key in config/routes.rb
