fso - FileSystemObject is a objective fs interface like Pathname(ruby).

### 'fs' API

Supports all the node.js 'fs' APIs that needs no first path argument.

`method(...args, callback)`, `methodSync(...args)` and `promise = method(...args)`

```

#### resolve
