Steps to follow:
* Trigger job deploy-to-ec2 on jenkins to deploy current release code to ec2. (probably done already)
* Current production nginx point to update page. All channel should be closed.(Web, SMS)
* Backup database. (1 hour)
* Change server name on ec2 to www.datawinners.com
* Point vumi to ec2
* Import database files to ec2
* Run view index update script (2 hours)
* Restart nginx and uwsgi
* Switch production ip address to the ip of EC2(54.243.31.50)(David)
total time to transit 1 + 2 + 2(buffer) = 5hours
