### Synopsis
In this episode I have a fireside chat about a range of topics with Stephan Hochdoerfer.
We talk about a whole how of things from how he got started with his company, bitExpert AG, what prompted him to get started, the importance of knowing the kind of company you're creating, and valuing your people above all else. He gave an insight in to how they started their unKonf and what his plans are for the future. Definitely check out this episode!
